Avoid heat & friction – No hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, or intense exercise for 24–48 hours.
Stay away from harsh products – Avoid perfumed lotions, tanning, and exfoliation for at least 48 hours.
Wear loose clothing – Tight clothing can cause irritation or ingrown hairs.
Moisturise daily – Use a gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser to keep your skin soft.
Exfoliate after 3 days – Gently exfoliate 2–3 times a week to prevent ingrown hairs.
No sun exposure – Keep your legs protected from direct sunlight and avoid sunbeds for 48 hours.
